COMMISSIONS
-
The price of your drawing will depend on the complexity of the image and desired size. See guide prices below:
A3 - £200+
A2 - £500+
A1 - £700+
A0 - £900+
The final price will be confirmed before you commit, once I’ve seen the reference image and estimated a timeline for completion.
-
I currently offer commissions from A3 upwards.
A2 and A1 are the most popular sizes, but I can also work to bespoke dimensions upon request.
-
A commission typically takes 1-6 weeks, depending on the size complexity of the drawing
I’ll give you an estimated completion date when we discuss your commission. If you have a particular date you’re working towards; a birthday, wedding, anniversary etc. let me know when enquiring and I’ll do my best to accommodate it.

The better the reference, the better the drawing.
For the best possible result, I prefer to photograph the subject myself. This means I can control the lighting, composition and level of detail, and make sure the photograph is captured specifically with the final drawing in mind.
If you already have a photograph you’d like me to work from, that’s absolutely fine too. I’m looking for high-resolution, well-lit photographs with plenty of detail, particularly if the subject is a person or an object with lots of texture. Send over what you have in mind and I’ll let you know if it’s suitable, or we can discuss how to get the perfect reference.
-
Framing is available as an optional extra.
All drawings can be professionally framed to suit the piece and its final destination. I’ll discuss framing options and costs with you before the commission is completed.
-
Yes. I’ll send you progress photographs throughout the process, so you can see your drawing taking shape. If you’d like, I can make a time-lapse of the whole process too.
If you’d like to make a change along the way, I’m happy to accommodate this where possible. Minor adjustments are included, while significant changes to the composition or drawing may incur an additional cost, depending on the amount of additional work required.
What to expect from the commission process:
How does the commission process work?
Once you’ve submitted an enquiry, I’ll get back to you to discuss your idea, reference images, size and timeframe. Once everything is agreed, your commission is secured with a deposit and I’ll get to work.
You’ll receive progress updates along the way, with the finished drawing carefully packaged and delivered once complete.
How will my drawing be delivered?
Your finished drawing will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Delivery is available within the UK and internationally, with the cost depending on the size and destination.
